Our team has been researching the online Sports Handicapping world to try and find out what the public is looking for in our service. We have truly done our homework before pursuing this venture into the online world. Our team has come to the conclusion that you are looking for a lot more than just winners, you are looking for entertainment, education, reliability, and above all TRUST! Throughout the course of a season or year, depending on how dedicated you are, the grind of calling in games and accessing your picks and keeping up with the totals can be exhausting. We Pick Sports is the culmination of years of experience. Our 5 man team has been working together for years trying to find those 8-10 games each weekend that the math cannot out run. Here at WPS we do things quite differently than most handicapping sites we’ve seen. Through research we discovered that a majority of sites offer multiple handicappers, sometimes as many as 8 or 9. The really strange thing in our opinion is that these cappers will release so called lock picks or strong plays during the week. However, if you access more than one capper, these experts will be on opposite sides of a given line. What’s wrong with that picture? Here at WPS we pride ourselves on our honesty and effectiveness. We will not split up into 5 handicappers to hopefully generate more revenue on the premise that one or two of us will have a good day. We take each of our individual philosophies and expertise to the table each week and as a team we find the absolute best value we see available, and we feel the simple principle of team work has been the sole formula for our success. Unfortunately, since the beginning of our existence in this business we have never found nor have we released a lock pick, because they simply do not exist! However, as good as Vegas can be, they are at a huge disadvantage, and our philosophies will explain why!
So how does our team philosophy work?
Our team gathers at the round table each day and as a TEAM we all crunch the games for the day and week. All five of us have different backgrounds, and we all have separate areas of expertise. Each of us will come to the table and we will debate each of our games until as a group we have decided upon the most valuable lines available. As you may have guessed, our debates can become quite intolerable! Over time though, we have gotten better at debating the games instead of arguing them if you know what I mean. All in all the meetings go rather smoothly and we eventually come out with a firm consensus. For football we have had a lot of success finding around 10 games between the college and pros each weekend. Sometimes there will be more, and sometimes less depending on the week’s games. For basketball and baseball, the everyday sports, we will usually look for 2-3 games a day. We will combine valuable sides and excellent easy to understand money management principles to make you an effective and profitable sports gambler.
